Account details you provide (company, contact, email, phone, country, registration number, address); application details (transaction data, counterparties, your description of the requirement); documents you upload; payment reporting details; correspondence in tickets; and technical records such as IP address and login timestamps.
To operate your account, assess and structure your applications, verify counterparties and documents, present files to institutions on your instruction, meet our own compliance and record-keeping obligations, and communicate with you.
Uploaded documents may be processed by automated tools that extract descriptive information (document type, entity name, dates, and similar) to assist human review. This produces no automated decision about you or your application; a person reviews every file.
With banks, financial institutions, funders and insurers we approach in connection with your application, on your instruction. With service providers that host our systems or process documents on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. With authorities where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
For the life of the relationship and thereafter for the period required by applicable law and our regulatory record-keeping obligations.
Documents are stored outside the public web root and are served only to authenticated users. Access is limited to authorised personnel and recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure; please do not upload material that is not required for your application.
You can update your profile in the portal, remove documents you have uploaded, and request a copy or deletion of your data by opening a ticket or writing to info@mintcapitalvertex.com. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
