We charge a single, transparent consultation fee for defined professional work — and nothing to “release” or “activate” anything. This page explains exactly what the fee is, what it covers, and just as importantly what it is not.
Getting a trade-finance file accepted is not a form-filling exercise. Behind every facility that reaches terms sits real professional work — and that is what the consultation fee covers:
In short: the fee is for getting your file accepted and presented through our network — the professional work of turning a requirement into something financeable.
It is not a fee to process, release, activate or unlock an instrument, an account or funding — and we will never ask you for one. Nor is it ever a percentage of any instrument’s face value. Fees charged to release paper are the clearest marker of an illegitimate provider, and MCV exists in part to stand against exactly that.
The fee does not purchase an approval, a rate or a timeline. Every instrument, account and facility remains subject to the assessment, approval, terms and documentation of the relevant licensed institution. If your file is not financeable, we will tell you plainly — that honest answer is part of the work you are paying for.
One-time, per application. Agreed transparently and confirmed in writing before any work begins. Non-refundable.
You will only be asked for the fee once your file has been reviewed and accepted for engagement. At that point — and only then — the exact amount and our bank transfer details are shared with you inside your portal. No payment is ever required to have your file looked at.
Genuine, custody-verifiable work only. A real advisor charges for defined professional work agreed in writing — never a fee to “release” your own funding. If that sentence filters some enquiries out, good.
